Shipping Policy

We currently ship throughout the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Processing Time
In-stock orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If you have questions after checking your tracking information, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

All shipments include a tracking number or delivery confirmation.

If you use a PO Box, please include a physical street address in the order comments to avoid delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We aim to ship orders quickly, so we may not be able to make changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped. That said, we’ll always do our best—please contact us as soon as possible at info@trippsties.com.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address (and it was not our error), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of reshipping the package.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
