Return Policy
All packages include a completed invoice. For any return inquiries, please contact us at info@trippsties.com as soon as possible.
Eligibility
Unopened or defective items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
Item Condition
Returned or exchanged items must be in new, re-sellable condition:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging intact and unopened (for disposable/non-reusable products)
- Free of odors, pet hair, smoke, dirt, makeup, perfume, stains, or damaged packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
To return an item
Please include:
- A copy of your receipt
- The original packaging
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We do not offer price adjustments on full-priced items purchased before or during a sale
- Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed
- Credit card refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
